Dinner is served in this winery restaurant’s elegant dining room and on an adjoining patio. All mains come with a paired wine sample. Chef Austen Sper also incorporates Herzog wines into entrées, like the Coq Au Vin with pappardelle, carrots, mushrooms, and pearl onions, and the Lamb Duo, a juxtraposition of chops and braised shank accompanied by English peas and shallots. Premium steaks are prepared on a wood-fire grill. Side options include ratatouille, mushroom and chestnut stuffing, roasted spring potatoes, and local green vegetables. Lunch is offered in the Herzog Wine Tasting Room. Look for special winemaker dinners.
