Chef-owner Ricky Odbert started out offering his seasonal menus in a garage location, where he had six seats for lucky guests. He now has 12 chef’s-counter seats in this intimate spot in Paso Robles’ Tin City. The unique dining experience is a 12-course tasting menu that changes with the seasons and is driven by the bounty of local farms.
Expect creative dishes such as raw dry-aged California yellowtail, seasoned with Meyer lemon in plum, cucumber, and gazpacho consommé. A wine pairing option features local and imported wines, and there is a short by-the-glass and bottle list. The restaurant is open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday; reservation tickets are available online.
