Owned by former Oregonian Peyman Afshar and his longtime culinary collaborator, chef Richard De Mane, this restaurant is named for a popular shopping and dining district in Portland, Oregon. Dishes from De Mane’s menu are prepared in an open kitchen and include globally influenced creations—such as the Crispy Shishito Peppers starter with goat cheese, Fresno chile sauce, pico de gallo, and cotija—as well as elevated comfort-food options, like the brined and grilled pork chop entrée with spiced apple chutney. Wine, beer, and craft cocktails are available. Dining room decor references the Portland neighborhood’s 19th-century past with Edison-style lights and vintage street-grid maps, and seating is also available on the patio.
