CPK has so much more than pizza these days. Take the wild-caught halibut roasted on a cedar plank and served atop a bed of farro, baby kale, and butternut squash. Or the kung pao spaghetti, spicy chicken tinga quesadillas, and white-corn guacamole and chips. Even the surroundings have been updated with reclaimed wood paneling, hardwood floors, and pops of green in the upholstery and miniature herb gardens beside chalkboard menus listing hand-shaken cocktails. You can still get huge salads like the original barbecue chicken chopped version that helped propel this restaurant to fame. Flatbreads include a spicy fennel sausage-and-poblano-chili combo. Larger, hand-tossed pizzas come in dozens of combinations and are available on gluten-free crusts. Call ahead for curbside service.
