Tognazzini’s sits right on the docks, and servers in this casual spot know the origins of every piece of seafood on the menu. Crab cakes are full of Dungeness and studded with scallions. Tuna melts are made with albacore. The fish, in the fish-and-chips, is fried Alaskan cod. Even tacos and quesadillas can be stuffed with seafood, and salads and pastas get topped with it. After 5 p.m., dinner service features a few more fancy entrées, like grilled steak and pork chops. Most desserts hail from Linn’s in Cambria.
