Formerly known as Willy’s Smokehouse BBQ & Grill, this restaurant still features meat that has been smoked for hours and hours over hardwoods using a formula from a former USO chef named Willy. (Legend has it he served his authentic ’cue to Bob Hope.) A name change under the same ownership means that the existing menu of pulled pork, tri-tip, and baby back ribs now includes a wider range of pasta and seafood dishes, like Mexican Sushi Rolls.
