In the summer of 2023, 13-time world-champion pizza maker chef Tony Gemignani partnered with Mychael Margott to open Slice House, a New York City-style pizzeria, in Thousand Oaks. Diners can choose from nine crust styles—including the Detroit, Sicilian, the 20-inch New York, and 13-inch California hand-stretched—and 25 signature topping combinations. Nine by-the-slice options are available daily, along with fresh pasta in house-made sauces, wings, meatballs, meatball sandwiches, and entrée salads. A selection of beers, wines, and seltzers are served. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner.
