This huge rocking and rolling mobile kitchen is pulled by a truck and can show up for private parties and rock festivals. The theme comes from chef Alberto Vazquez’s love of all things black and silver-studded. His cooking is quite agile so the menu might feature Mediterranean eats like a meatball sandwich, Mexican food from his childhood like fish tacos, or great American fare like “Tater Tots” with a gourmet dipping sauce.
