Curti’s cuisine transports diners to his native Cariati Marina Calabria region with dishes such as pollo alla Parmigiana, scaloppine alla Marsala, osso buco di vitello risotto, braised veal shank with saffron risotto, and roasted Mediterranean sea bass.
