With a focus on churrasco-style grilling, this outpost of the international chain offers plenty of premium, fire-roasted meats—filet mignon, bone-in rib eye, lamb chops, Wagyu New York strip, and dry-aged tomahawk, among others—carved tableside. The prix fixe–style menu includes Brazilian sides of warm cheese bread, crispy polenta, mashed potatoes, and caramelized bananas, along with guests’ selections from the Market Table and Feijoada (Brazilian bean stew) Bar, a collection of salads, soups, aged cheeses, and cured meats. Small plates, seafood, and vegan entrées are also offered, as are desserts, like Tres Leches Cake. Beverages are Brazilian-inspired, too, from soft drinks, like Pineapple Mint Lemonade, to themed cocktails and South American wines by the bottle or glass.
