Located on the grounds of The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara, Marisella takes full advantage of both its perch above the coastline and the talents of its chef, Danny Grant. The Mediterranean-inspired menu features handmade pastas like Radiatore al Nerano with zucchini, garlic, basil, and lemon, alongside entrées such as California Rock Fish with preserved lemon, capers, smoked tomato, and Castelvetrano olives. Drinks include inventive takes on the martini and wines from the 700-bottle cellar, which spotlights Italian varietals and Old World labels.
