Inspired by Cajun-spiced seafood boils, this eat-with-your-hands spot serves its meals with all the plastic tie-on bibs you can use; a pair of gloves is 25 cents. Diners start by ordering crawfish, shrimp, lobster tails, Dungeness crab, or another type of seafood by the pound. Then they select a flavor (think coconut or lemon and garlic) and a spice level, ranging from mild to blistering. Optional items such as corn, sausage, and hard-boiled quail eggs can be added to the mix that arrives at the table in a bag, to be spilled out onto paper and happily pawed through. The menu includes steamed rice and garlic noodles, baskets of fried calamari, chicken wings, and cod and fries. Small tins of Altoids are sold for post-meal freshening up.
