Chef Gregg Wangard doesn’t have to stray too far to find produce, fish, and wine for this New American beauty perched on the Pismo coast. There are gorgeous ocean views from the patio and through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the main dining room. The dinner menu is somewhat seasonal, but clam chowder is a hallmark here as is the braised beef short rib over potato puree. A casual all-day menu has lots of fun small plates, salads, and sandwiches. The Sunday brunch buffet has American and Latin specialties.
