A five-course, prix-fixe menu is available, and seasonal, classically prepared dishes may include options like Confit Duck Wings; Pan Seared Scallops with Baby Turnips; Maitake Mushroom and Black Truffle Dashi; Filet of Beef with Smoked Celery Root, Miso, and Slow Cooked Onions; and Chocolate Mousse with Chantilly Cream, Honeycomb Crumble, and a sprinkle of bee pollen.
